Today Labour’s Andy Sawford launched ‘listening to Corby and East Northamptonshire’ at a local supermarket.  As part of the consultation 50,000 local people will be receiving a questionnaire.  Andy wants to ensure everyone in Corby and East Northamptonshire has the opportunity to raise their issues and concerns with him.  I joined Andy this morning for the consultation launch and spoke to staff and shoppers who were concerned about a number of issues including rising household budgets and the number of young people out of work in the area.
