Bold Tendencies opens for 6th year offering free access to sculp

Bold Tendencies, the summer sculpture project on the top four floors of Peckham's multi story carpark, is now open.  For its sixth year Bold Tendencies is showcasing new work by international artists. I visited this morning joining organisers Hannah Barry and Sven Mündner to see work by Carter Mull, Laura Buckley, Martin Westwood, Mary Redmond, Peles Empire and Sarah Cain.

Despite the rain, I also enjoyed a coffee at Frank's Cafe, the temporary building on the car park's top floor, designed by Practice Architecture (Paloma Gormley & Lettice Drake).

Bold Tendencies 6 is open from 12 noon until 10pm Thursday to Sunday.  It's free to visit and will be open until 30th September 2012.
