Disabled Access
It's important that all web users can access Harriet's website and blog. That's why the website has been designed with disabled users in mind. XHTML and CSS for all pages on the site are valid according to the W3C guidelines - click the icon at the bottom of each page to check compliance, or test the website compliance and blog compliance.
Text on all pages should re-size to allow users with restricted eyesight to read the content, while ALT-tags have been added to images.
It is of course possible that some content may have escaped our attention - the site is powered by a content management system and we cannot guarantee that the output from the system is always disabled-compliant. If you spot an error, please send an e-mail to webmanager(at)harrietharman.org and let us know.
