Yesterday evening I joined a panel discussion about gender inequality in the boardroom at AIM’s Women in Music and Entertainment evening. I joined DJ Annie Nightingale MBE, the first female presenter on BBC Radio 1, Helena Morrissey CBE of Newton Investment Management, Alison Small, Chair of Women in Film and TV (UK) and Deborah Annetts, Chief Executive of the Incorporated Society of Musicians.
