Harriet Harman

Member of Parliament for Camberwell and Peckham. Mother of the House of Commons.

This morning I was interviewed on BBC Radio London - 08/02/12

This morning I was interviewed on BBC Radio London to mark six months since the riots in August 2011, which affected many local people and businesses in Camberwell and Peckham, as well as other communities across the country. I spoke about the important issues of policing and youth unemployment that were highlighted by the riots and the need to build up links between the police and young men in particular to prevent such terrible events from happening again.
