On Friday, in Cowdenbeath, along with Margaret Curran MP, Alex Rowley, candidate for Scottish Parliament and a great team of local members we campaigned on the doorstep of Rosyth. We discussed with local residents the cost of living crisis, the need for more & better quality childcare and more jobs and training for young people in the local area.
Later, we travelled to Inverkeithing to visit local business, SGM -Specialist Groundcare Machinery. We met with Steven McInroy, Managing Director, and members of staff to discuss the Fife Young Job Contract scheme and the importance of the scheme within the community.
