Shakespeare, Power and Leadership at the British Museum 13/10/12

On Friday I spoke at a public lecture organised by the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) entitled “Shakespeare, Power and Leadership”. The discussion was chaired by Baroness Genista Macintosh and included myself and Roxana Silbert from the RSC.

It was part of an exhibition at the British Museum - "Shakespeare: Staging the World".  The exhibition takes historic objects and uses them to illuminate Shakespeare’s plays and its relevance to society today and involves a series of lectures and performances. The exhibition is in the British Museum and is on until 25th November - I highly recommend it:
