Government Must Take Action On Escalating Ground Rents

I wrote to the Minster of State for Housing and Planning Alok Sharma MP calling on the government to take action to improve regulation and protect existing and future leaseholders from extortionate rises in ground rents by developments or management companies. I also wrote to Sir Peter Bottomley MP, Chair of the APPG for Leasehold and Commonhold Reform, to ask him to keep me informed of the Group’s vital work.
