Packed conference for Southwark Council tenants and leaseholders to discuss affordable housing in Southwark.

It was good to see so many people attending the annual conference at the William Booth College in Camberwell. I was delighted to be asked to speak about the issues that tenants are concerned about including the need for more affordable housing, the management of large estate redevelopment projects, the importance of quality housing repairs, and the impact of the unfair Bedroom Tax.
