Next month it will be the 10 year anniversary of the death of Damilola Taylor.

Damilola's tragic death shocked the local community in Peckham. Today I spoke to Rav Wilding who was a police officer in Peckham at the time that Damilola was killed. Rav is filming a programme which is looking at the 10 years since Damilola died, what has been learnt since his death, the work of the Damilola Taylor Trust and how Peckham has changed over the years. 

I spoke about my memories of the day that Damilola died and the dignity, forbearance, and strength of Damilola's family and their determination that something good should come out of Damilola's death.
