Peckham Labour team arranged for local residents to raise their concerns about the 343 bus route directly with London Transport (TfL) representatives at a crowded public meeting at Rye Lane Chapel on the 18th April. The meeting was chaired by Val Shawcross, London Assembly Member, and I raised my concerns and support for the campaign along with local councillors Cleo Soanes, Barry Hargrove, Chris Brown and Mark Williams who have all worked hard to bring this long running problem to the attention of TfL.
