Labour's Deputy Leader Harriet Harman today welcomed the success of Labour Candidate Brian Oosthuysen who won Gloucestershire's Rodborough division by-election by three votes.
Rodborough is part of the Stroud constituency, which Labour lost to the Tories at the General Election in May 2010.
