I joined labour activists from across London this evening who were speaking to Londoners ahead of the mayoral election which takes place in just over two weeks time. People were raising concerns about Boris Johnson’s priorities as mayor, including his lobbying of the Government ahead of the Budget to ensure it reduced tax for the rich, at a time when most families are seeing their income squeezed.
