This morning I met with landlords of the former Church Commission properties in Walworth, Vauxhall and Waterloo. Tenants are upset by the changes to their estate since the Church Commission sold the properties in 2005.  In Walworth tenants have complained about empty properties and rising rents.  This is not fair on Walworth tenants and I am demanding action from the landlords.
