I joined Labour’s candidate for Battersea Will Martindale at a Street Stall at Clapham Junction to highlight Labour’s policy to freeze energy bills.  Sheila Boswell, Labour’s candidate for Putney in 2015, council candidate Sally-Ann Ephson, Wandsworth councillors including Rex Osborn, Wendy Speck, Simon Hogg, Tony Belton and local party members turned out for the campaign.  I talked to a number of residents, concerned about their heating costs, and raising issues like the bedroom tax.

Will and I met with a number of small business owners, now getting back on their feet after the riots.  They welcomed Labour’s proposed business rate cut for small businesses.
