Harriet visits the Welsh Labour Women's Conference

Ahead of the Welsh Labour Women’s Conference this weekend, Labour’s Deputy Leader Harriet Harman went out and about with Julie Morgan, MP for Cardiff North on Merthyr Road in Whitchurch this Saturday.

As part of her ‘Harriet in the High Street’ visits Harriet talked to people asking what issues they care most about and listened to their concerns.

Harriet said:

“It’s great to be out and about on the high street chatting to people and listening to what they have to say. These visits are so useful to me because they let me hear first hand what issues people care most about, what is going on in their lives and what they want us to do to back them up.”
