Today as part of the TUC’s day of action on blacklisting I joined TUC General Secretary Frances O’Grady to call for the Government to set up a proper national inquiry into blacklisting.
Blacklisting is a national scandal. Labour has led calls for a proper investigation into blacklisting to ensure victims receive proper apology and compensation from the construction firms which put the blacklist in place. This follows the action we took in government. We want to ensure blacklisting stops and is never repeated.
