Gareth Thomas MP hosted a dinner in Harrow this evening bringing together local Labour Councillors and activists from Harrow East and West Labour Parties. I joined Gareth in thanking Cllr Bill Stephenson who is retiring as Leader of Harrow Council and congratulating the newly elected leader, Cllr Thaya Idaikkadar.  I also presented Joyce Angeletta with a Merit award for her long service to the Labour Party.
