Meeting with Labour Women Parliamentary Candidates – 10/12/2013

Women PPCs_10122013

Today women Labour Parliamentary candidates who represent constituencies all across the country met at Labour’s headquarters for a day of meetings organised by Nan Sloane and Labour Women’s Network. The event covered topics including; fundraising, team building and understanding campaign data. I spoke about the importance of increasing the number of women in Parliament – Labour has more women MPs than the other Parties put together, but there is still further to go and what I believe they need to do between now and the General Election in 2015.
