The Butterfly Park Art project, a pop-up gallery, has converted an empty shop in the Wirral. The project which will run for six months officially opened today. I met with the project leader, Carol Ramsay, artists, local schoolchildren and conservation groups to talk about the project.  Local MP, Alison McGovern and Labour Group Leader Cllr Phil Davies about how projects like this not only support community groups and charities but can also help shopping areas regain their vitality.
