Today I attended the presentation of an OBE by the Home Secretary to Richard Taylor.  It is proud moment for Richard to have this well deserved honour.  It a proud moment for his relatives who have travelled from Nigeria to see him presented with this award and a proud moment for the community where Richard stands as an example of forbearance in facing the tragic loss of his son, Damilola, and in his work to bring good out of a terrible crime.
