Prime Minister ducks out of PMQs on day of key Commons Euro vote

Today at Prime Minister’s Questions I stood in for Ed Miliband and asked Nick Clegg why, yet again, the Prime Minister was not in the House and how the Prime Minister would vote on Europe. I also challenged him on the latest unemployment figures which showed unemployment is up.
