This morning I visited East Street Market with the Mayor of Southwark Cllr Lorraine Lauder and Johnny Wallington, Secretary of Southwark Street Traders Association.   I was delighted to see the improved paving and road surface on East Street - the results of years of campaigning.  I talked with traders about the market and stocked up on fruit, veg and plants.

East St Market is open Tuesdays to Fridays 8am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-6.30pm, Sun 8am-2pm. Closed Mondays. Blackwood Street, SE5 London SE17 1EL
